The houses are very reasonably priced, well maintained and spacious. The only change i would make is to make sure that your travelers are placed in units with internet access. We have people in our group who try to work in their spare time, and this was made very difficult due to the fact that there really was no internet access.

The six bedroom house works out great for a group. However, would prefer if more of the rooms had full size beds as three of the bedrooms were set up with two twin beds. Also extra kitchen utinsels/pots/pans were quite sparse.
