Not convenient to check-in as it is not close to our first golf course. I may consider another course to make this more convenient. I liked the house this year but would prefer the one we had last year (not available, we think the owner may have been using it).

1. Lodging would have rated a '5' had we been able to turn on hottub - heat! The jets worked, but the water had no heat. 2. Toilet paper supplies were MIA. 3. I rated my room a 3 as it was the kids room - beds were not the greatest.

There was a long line at the lodging facility entrace during initial check-in. I prefer to use an electronic entrance card to enter the lodging facility, the room, and the excercise area rather than separate codes for each.

Excellent accomodations for our group size. Check-in was very smooth but inconveneint as I had to leave my group at the course (prior to our first tee time), drive to the rental office to check-in then drive back (total time about > 1 hour plus tolls). Not sure if there is an on-line option for giving the contact and credit card info. Will be requesting the same house next year so this is not a deal breaker.

Mattress was a little too hard (inexpensive). Had trouble with the TV. Know we had cable but couldn't figure out how to get cable stations. Happens every year. Too many remotes, not sure which one does what, etc., etc. Always a challenge.

At Global Resort Homes, the staff was very friendly. We get in late so we are required to return to the office the next day. The staff makes that as convenient as possible but it would be nice to be able to register on-line especially if you have a late arrival.
