The house was stayed at was supposed to be a premium house but turned out to be not much different from the other 2 houses booked for the trip. It was not worth the extra $40 per person.

2 Little issues: We came in late and could not find the resort office to pick-up our keys. Then we did not have a code to open the box where keys are. I called the 1-800 number for emergencies but the man was not very helpful. 2. We called to heat our pool but did not have a call back until the next day in the afternoon. Then, they could not tell me when someone would come to the house to activate the heating. All in all, we did not heat the pool and did not benefit from the pool cause the water was to cold. too bad!

House was in great location and very convenient. Minimal issues with house internally. Hot tub and Pool were extremely dirty. they had not been cleaned in quite some time obviously. Pool wasn't heated - not that we would have used it due to the dirt.

1 - Our 5th year staying here. For the 1st time, we got a "smaller" house, although we think the price was the same. Biggest issue was 2 baths. Other times we've had 3, which helps to get moving in the morning. 2 - secure wireless connection didn't work. When we talked to the office about it, they said they would call the owner and get the correct password. We never heard back from them in 5 days.

The BBQ we rented was a really low-end one. The acccomodations were very good, but we could have used some larger pots & pans. There was no hot tub, so we will ask for one next year (was one last year).

This house was minimally supplied. I confirmed with global before going there were four showers and thre were only three. The hot tub heated up to only the mid 80s and global's repairman told me that is normal temperature. Hot tubs are 100 to 104. The house had only 10 coffee cups and a very small tv in the living room. The tvs in two of the bedrooms were not connected to cable or an antennae so they wer just static. The wireless internet did not work even with the global supplied code.

Global Resorts manages homes. Two of the 4 bedroom homes only had 2 bathrooms. It would be nice to have more input in selection of homes before arrival. Homes were nicely decorated and very clean.

Have stayed at Windsor Palms 4 times. Finally got a couch in the living room that was not uncomfortable, BUT the bed was awful.. I still hurt. And as best we could tell, no one showed up to clean during the week we were there.
